Please provide any additional details about your positive experience working with a Concrete Craft franchise: Remarkable transformation of 30+ year old concrete to new surface, pattern and colors. Project was large pool deck, sidewalk and patio. Cracks, unlevel areas and damage was everywhere. Erik, the Owner, was personally involved daily with all aspects of the work. His team was always courteous and professional. The concrete work itself was far above expectations. A neighbor has already commented on the "Stunning" appearance. We will enjoy this improvement for years to come. I seldom recommend or comment on any contract work but Concrete Craft - Cincinnati North is worth checking out for any concrete improvement project.

This is a testimonial on the beautiful work Erik and team Nick and Bailey did on our patio. It was severely slanted with deep cracks; we had it mud-jacked but left ugly circles and 1 piece separated from slab. Erik worked some kind of magic and made it disappear. We had them do a hand carved flagstone in a trio of colors. It has enhanced everything in the back yard. The flower gardens, the lawn, the trees, the decorative rocks, even the brick of the house. It is like a resort in the Bahamas. Very "strikingly beautiful." Love the sheen when the sun shines, when the rain beads, and love the feel on bare feet. Erik has true talent at working lines to look natural. The carved grout looks very natural. The separated section is no longer. That's magic, just pure magic! Phenomenal job, and I would recommend Erik and his team to anyone. He takes his time; truly cares about your desires, needs and concerns; and is an artist or craftsman in a field of what some would classify as construction.
